This project focused on building a video-based AI app to support cricket training. Using pose estimation models and bat keypoint detection, the app provides deep visual analysis of each shot. It clips entire sessions automatically, tracks movement frame-by-frame, and allows coaches to interact directly with player videos.

Solution Proposed
We built CricVision using a mix of AI tools and custom video processing logic. The backend detects each ball, applies pose-tracking overlays, and syncs data in real time to the coach and player dashboards. Coaches can use voice-to-text, draw on videos, and plan sessions in advance. The app works smoothly across devices and is already being used in multiple academies.
